A workshop to clear and let go. Join us for the first part of the workshop that will help declutter the chaos in your daily life and help let go, move on and bring new perspective into your everyday.
This session will include spirited discussion, writing and journaling, personal development and daily meditation techniques.

INHALE /// AFTERNOON 3:00 - 7:00p
A workshop to activate inspiration and create purpose in our daily lives. Join us for the second part of the day as we learn new skillsand develop mindful techniques necessary to live a life with passion, perspective and purpose. It's time to JFDI (Just F*cking Do it).

INHALE & EXHALE is facilitated by Michael James Wong, Founder of Just Breathe London. Michael is a leading expert in the field of meditation & yoga and is recognised globally for his work bringing modern mindfulness to the masses.

Our Grand Gatherings events are an Experience all about the community, open to the public as a charity donation-based community event & everyone is welcome. 
Come straight from work, come with your friends, come because you're interested, because you want to try. All you have to do is, JUST BREATHE

Our community of Breatheres will come together for a night of calm, live music & a group meditation. Each gathering pledges to support our charity partners by asking a £5 donation (RSVP on the ticket link)

The aim of our Grand Gathering is to create a community space where like-minded people can come and find quiet.
